Damian Kosmidis, owner of Meraki Gardening, was born in Greece and moved to Boston at a young age. His love of horticulture developed during summer visits to Greece where he would help out in the family cherry and apple orchards. Back in Boston, Damian was frequentlly tasked with various jobs within the home vegetable garden and before long, took on full responsibilities.

Later in life Damian’s interest in horticulture led him to a career as professional gardener. After 7 years of working in the industry he decided it was time to realize his dream of owning his own company and Meraki Garden Services was started.

When Damian is not gardening, he is actively training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, doing yoga, playing music and relaxing in his own garden which was featured in the 2018 Arlington Garden Club tour.
